Good to Know
Proof first: You'll get a free digital proof within 1–2 business days. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Payment: Orders under 25 hats are paid in full after proof approval. Orders of 25+ require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before pickup or shipping.
Turnaround: Hats are ready [X] business days after payment.
Logo files: PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG. Don't have a clean file? Send what you have, and I'll let you know if it needs work.
No refunds after approval: Each hat is made with your artwork, so custom orders can't be canceled or refunded once the proof is approved. Please check spelling and details carefully.
Artwork: By submitting a logo, you confirm you have permission to use it.
