Quality Guarantee: If there is a production error or visible quality issue with your order, we will replace or refund your order at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Eligibility:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Products: Not returnable (custom-engraved hats are made to your specifications and cannot be resold)
  • Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: Not eligible for return

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the defect/damage
  3. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or send a replacement

Processing Times:

  • Replacements: Shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item (refund appears in your account in 3-5 business days)

Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs for approved defective or damaged items.
